Thursday, March 18th, 2pm

Karla Fernet of Healthy Balance Reflexology will be at
Hearthstone Village as part of the Gather ‘Round the
Hearth educational series to discuss reflexology and
share basic tips individuals can practice on their own
hands. The presentation will begin at 2:00 Thursday, March
18th at Hearthstone Village, 840, North Seminary.
On her web site, Karla Fernet says, “Reflexology is a
therapy that helps the body do its own healing. Using a
combination of massage and pressure on reference points, it
enables the corresponding body parts to heal,
through improved circulation, elimination of toxins and
reduction of stress. Reflexology works great for most types
of health conditions.”
For further information on reflexology visit
www.healthybalancereflexology.com
. Fernet will also be at Hearthstone before and after her
presentation offering 30 or 60 minute reflexology sessions.
