First Resident moves into Prairie Homes
The
first person to move into our new Prairie Homes duplex
units was given the keys to their new home on Wednesday,
July 14, 2011. "Both units will be occupied by the end
of July," commented Beth Burg, Senior Living Consultant
for the Prairie Homes project. Plans are underway to
begin construction on a second duplex home just east of
the first Prairie Home. In addition to the two families
occupying the first Prairie Home duplex, there are five
additional deposits that have been filed to reserve the
next units as they come on-line. Burg was enthusiastic
about the strong response to the marketing program
saying, "we seem to have uncovered an unmet need in the
housing community with these senior living units on the
campus of Hearthstone Communities."

Homes of Hearthstone, 815-321-4078 or

Early Learning Center Kids Enjoy Field Trips
With
summer finally arriving in Woodstock, the children at the
Hearthstone Early Learning Center have been enjoying the benefit of
the warm weather and having fun in the community. Some of the field
trips that they have taken include a trip to the Fire Station and to
the water park at Veterans Acres in Crystal Lake. They have
splashed under the sprinklers with the seniors at Hearthstone
Village and Hearthstone Manor and then stayed for popsicles and
conversation. Other fun activities have come to the Early Learning
Center including a petting zoo and a martial arts demonstration.
It's a great time to be a kid, especially at Hearthstone Early
Learning Center. For more information, contact the Early
Learning Center at (815) 338-1954.
